omgg my blogger screen looks screwed. haha, i haven't blogged in like ten million thousand years, i find blogger so strange looking. but seriously this screeni s screwed. its like the tools are arranged in a vertical manner and everything's overlapping.
anyways, syf was last week, and tp choir didn't exactly do well. we it was sort of expected, yet unexpected, that we got a silver. we all woke up with butterflies in our stomach, definitely. spent the entire day in the choir room and doing sectionals and combined. then before we knew it time flew like nobody's business, and we were waiting downstairs victoria theatre to go up to the terrace that linked the theatre and concert hall.
met quite a few people that day, actually. thanks for the well wishes, and nice words. though we certainly knew we didn't perform our best. people i haven't seen in a long time, familiar faces. like, ehh.. joshua, lee si, genrong, melanie, clovis, avonne, just to name a few. man i miss everyone.
well, anyways one final lap, concert preparation. i hope our tickets will still sell out, like last year. we certainly aren't too proud to break the tradition that our choir has been holding on to, for the past 22 years. gold gold gold all the way.. and all of a sudden, it has to be our batch to break it and bag a silver. but nevermind, gold's gaudy anyways. nyehehehe. thats what i say laa, but i know alot of people aren't feeling too good about everything, i just hope everyone gets over it soon.
anyway, it's time to get our bums down back to studying, after a grueling few months of preparation for syf. we really worked darn freaking hard, and even though the award didn't quite show our efforts, i hope everyone is aware about how much hard work we actually put in for this, and not look down on us. i know there's been some mighty bitching going around but i'm not going to bring it up. just because we got a silver doesnt mean you have the right to say anything about us.
laaleeloo, sad stuff aside, concert's coming up! cheryl are you gonna come? i'll save tickets for you if you wanna come :D heh hehh. anyways i hope everything's going well for you. our catching up probably won't come very soon. maybe june holidays if we're free? haha, gonna be hard to fit our schedules, but we'll try to squeeze some time out okay? hahaha.
